Art Devlin’s Olympic
Motor Inn in Lake Placid, NY is a 50 room
European style Motel overlooking the Adirondack Mountains. The motel is
built on two and a half acres that allows for spacious grounds and many
gardens. Over the last 10 years the property has undergone a
complete restoration of rooms, common areas and grounds that were
completed in time for our 50th Anniversary, December 2003.
Since
then an ongoing process of keeping the property current and up to date
has been put in place. In April we completed the restoration
of
the South building, which is on the left as you drive in. The rooms are
very spacious and offer many amenities that we have not been able to
offer in the past. We have been rated 2 Diamonds by AAA.

We are centrally located to Lake Placid's Olympic sites, fine dining,
shopping, and the areas major attractions. To name a few: the Olympic
arena, 3 blocks away, hosts hockey and figure skating events and is
also the home of the Olympic Museum. The Lake Placid Resorts golf
course and cross country ski trails are two blocks away. Whiteface
Mountain for winter skiing and summer gondola rides and scenic highway
are nine miles away.
The Lobby
Our luxurious lobby features a large display case that holds Art Devlin Senior's personal collection of trophies from ski jumping competitions around the world. From 7:00am until 11:00am we serve coffee, tea, donuts and homemade muffins.
